Saturday 10 December saw Bishop Sutton Village Hall full of Christmas shoppers, crafters and stallholders, which has resulted in a fantastic result of over £1100 raised to support our village Pre-School.
With over 25 stalls to choose from, including Christmas decorations, gifts, beauty, jewellery, cards and books, visitors to the Fayre came and shopped all day – but still made room for a trip to our always popular homemade treats and refreshments counter!
“It was an excellent day, with lots of support from the local community to help raise those all important funds for Bishop Sutton Pre-School,’ said Annabelle Spinney, Chair of the Pre-School Committee.
‘Especially popular were the crafts and activities for the children, and of course the visit from Santa too! Thank you to all the many people who donated their time, gifted items for the raffle and tombola or baked a cake – we couldn’t have done it without you!’ added Annabelle.
